Curried jasmine rice


Easy to make!


  • 1 cup Jasmine rice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • one bunch of scallion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of curry
  • 2 cups water
  • one bay leaf


  1. Saute the scallion
  2. mix in the curry and the rice
  3. add the coconut milk, water and bay leaf
  4. simmer on low for 15 minutes.


I make this rice when I make the chicken satay. I divide one can of coconut milk for these two dishes.
