- one chicken breast – boiled and diced
- 4 large potatoes – boiled or microwaved – diced
- 4-5 large carrots – boiled with the chicken breast – diced
- one jar 1.6L pickles, diced and drained of liquid
- one teaspoon salt
- one teaspoon pepper
- 2 spoons mustard
- 1/2 to 1 cups of mayonnaise
- mix chicken breast, carrots, potatoes, pickles, mixed with mustard, salt, pepper and mayonnaise to taste.
- store in air tight containers.
Use the chicken breast and carrots from the chicken soup.
