Chicken salad



  • one chicken breast – boiled and diced
  • 4 large potatoes – boiled or microwaved – diced
  • 4-5 large carrots – boiled with the chicken breast – diced
  • one jar 1.6L pickles, diced and drained of liquid
  • one teaspoon salt
  • one teaspoon pepper
  • 2 spoons mustard
  • 1/2 to 1 cups of mayonnaise


  1. mix chicken breast, carrots, potatoes, pickles, mixed with mustard, salt, pepper and mayonnaise to taste.
  2. store in air tight containers.


Use the chicken breast and carrots from the chicken soup.
